M/S.Indwell Constructions Ltd has a presence out here in Tamnar, Raigarh. Our current setup is basically handled through P Tirumala Babu, who stays busy with the BHEL and O.P. Jindal project work. If you're looking for us, we are right there by the STPP site. It's a heavy industrial area, so there’s always dust and the sound of machinery in the background. Working in Chhattisgarh is different than being in a big city. The pace is tied to the plant's schedule. We aren't a big corporate office with leather chairs. It’s more about being on-site and making sure the construction side of things moves along. Sometimes we are at the C/O address provided, and other times we are out in the field. It’s hot for most of the year, so we drink a lot of water and try to stay out of the sun when we can. The connection to the Jindal group keeps things moving at a steady clip. We don't have a lot of fancy signs up. Most people who need us already know where the site office is located. It’s practical work. We deal with labor, materials, and the daily grind of a massive power project. It’s not always pretty, and things get messy with the rain, but the work gets finished. We’ve been here long enough that the local roads and the plant gates feel like home. We just do what needs to be done to keep the project on track.
