Ind Synergy Ltd, Raigarh (C.G.)

Our place is out in Village Kotmar, near the Post Loing area in Raigarh. We are located right in the Ind Synergy Ltd Residential Colony, in Quarter Number B-4. It’s quite convenient because the work site isn't far away. Living and working in the same colony means we don't have much of a commute. It’s a bit isolated from the main Raigarh town, so it’s very quiet at night. You can hear the crickets and sometimes the distant sounds of the machines. The house B-4 is where we handle the local administration. It’s a standard residential quarter with a small porch. We’ve turned a couple of the rooms into workspace. There’s a lot of greenery around the colony which is nice during the rains. We have a small garden area out front that we try to keep from getting too overgrown. Life here is pretty steady. We see the same faces every day. It’s a small community of people working for the same company. We keep our files organized in the cupboards and there’s a table for meetings in the front room. It’s a practical setup for being close to the action. We don't have many visitors out here in Kotmar, but we like the pace. It’s a humble spot for the Raigarh division. We usually have lunch together and talk about what needs to be finished before the weekend starts up.
