Ind Synergy Limited

Our place is out in Kotmar, specifically at Qtr No : C 2 in the Ind Synergy Colony. Being part of the Raigarh district means we are a bit away from the main city buzz. It's actually a nice spot for Ind Synergy Limited. The colony has its own feel to it. Living and working in the same general area makes things simpler for everyone. We have been here for a good bit now. It's not a fancy corporate headquarters. It’s more like a functional space where we handle what needs doing. You might find a few of us drinking tea outside when there's a break. The village life around Kotmar is quiet, which suits us just fine. We don't go for big marketing or loud announcements. We just show up at C 2 and get to work. Sometimes the roads around Raigarh get a bit dusty, but that’s just part of being here. Everyone knows everyone else in the colony. It's a small community really. We just focus on the daily chores and keep the gears turning. No one here is trying to be anything we aren't. Ind Synergy Limited is just a name on the door at the end of the day. We are just people from the local area trying to do a decent job. It's practical and it works for us. We've stayed here because it feels right. It is a humble setup but we get everything done and stay busy throughout the year without needing any praise.
