We are located at 114 Manas Vihar in Jajmau. If you’ve been to Kanpur, you know it’s a place that knows hard work and grit. Gannon Dunkerley & Co.Ltd. has been here for quite some time now. Our office isn’t anything to boast about, just a solid place where we manage our various projects. Jajmau has its own pace, and we’ve fit right into it over the years. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking over site reports from the field. We don’t really use big words or fancy slogans. We just focus on the engineering and civil work that needs doing. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just life here. The office has a lived-in feel. There are maps on the walls and plenty of pens that usually go missing when you need them most. We’re a practical bunch. We don’t have a lot of visitors, mostly just people we’re already working with on various jobs. It’s a straightforward environment. We keep our paperwork in order as much as possible, though things can get messy when a big project is starting up. It’s about being reliable and just showing up every morning to do what’s expected of us. We’ve been through many seasons in this building. The neighborhood is okay, and we’ve got a good routine going. No one here is trying to be a corporate superstar; we just want to make sure the work is solid.
