Operating as Finolex Industries Lmd., we are located over at 37 Kelo Vihar in Chakradhar Nagar. It’s more of a quiet residential patch that turned into a business area over time. Our office isn't much to look at from the outside, but it serves us well enough for what we do. We handle the local distribution of pipes and fittings from here. Most of the guys who work here live close by, so we know the area pretty well. The morning starts with opening up the shutters and seeing what messages came in overnight. We spend a lot of time on the phone with dealers and site managers who need parts urgently. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking sizes to make sure the right items go out on the right trucks. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the loading starts, but the neighbors don't seem to mind much. We’ve been here long enough that everyone knows the Finolex sign by now. There’s a lot of construction going on around this part of town, so we stay pretty busy through most of the year. During the monsoon, things slow down a bit because the sites get muddy, but we still have plenty of planning to do inside. It’s a straightforward operation. No big meetings or complicated stuff, just making sure the supply chain keeps moving. We try to keep the place organized, though with all the different pipe sizes, it's a constant battle. We just focus on the daily tasks and getting orders out.
