We are set up over in Village Kaugachi, specifically in the Niltala area near Shyamnagar. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the big city hubs, but it suits the way we work. We’re operating out of Sri Krishna Mohan Paul’s place. It’s a local setup, very much part of the community here. Most of our days involve keeping track of various infrastructure projects and making sure the supplies and people are where they need to be. It’s not a glamorous setup, just a functional one where we can sit down and handle the logistics. The pace can be strange; some weeks it’s constant movement and others we are just catching up on files and planning for the next phase. We’ve been around this part of Shyamnagar for a bit now, so people know who we are. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with flashy signs. We just have our space, do our work, and keep things moving. There’s a lot of back and forth with the sites, so someone is always coming or going. It feels more like a workspace than a formal office, which is fine by us. We’re just regular people trying to get things built correctly. It takes a lot of coordination to keep these projects on track, and this village office is our home base for all of that. Nothing fancy, just us working and keeping the wheels turning.
