This office is tucked away in the NTPC Township at Jamnipalli, specifically at B-1261 in Old Krishna Vihar. Being in Korba, we are right in the heart of the industrial area of Chhattisgarh. It’s a quiet spot compared to the actual factory sites, but we stay busy. Most of the folks working here have lived in this township for a long time. It feels like a small community where everyone knows everyone else. We deal with a lot of administrative stuff for the aluminium business from this desk. It’s not a high-rise building, just a standard house converted into a workspace. We have stacks of papers and coffee mugs everywhere. It’s a bit lived-in, but it’s where we get things done. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the logistics and the daily numbers. The heat in Korba can be something else in the summer, but we have our fans and we just keep at it. It’s steady work. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a polished image. We just provide the support needed for the operations to run. It’s a practical life here in Jamnipalli. We show up, do the work, and go home to our families in the same neighborhood. It’s a simple routine and we’ve gotten used to it over the years.
