We are operating out of Flat Number 402 in the Sai Ridhima Residence, which is located in Power Nagar Colony over in Mosapet. Mandava Samba Siva Rao is the one in charge of this specific location. It is a bit different working out of a residential building like this, but it suits us just fine for the kind of administrative work we handle. Mosapet is a busy part of Hyderabad, and being in the Hyd-18 postal zone means we are right in the middle of things. The flat is fairly simple with enough room for a few desks and our filing cabinets. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that, so you have to know where you are going. Most of our day involves keeping track of various construction details and making sure the paperwork for our projects is in order. It’s a quiet place to work, which is a nice change from the noise of the bigger city streets. We have a small kitchen where we make tea, and that’s usually where we end up talking about the news or how the traffic was in the morning. We don’t try to make the place look like a fancy corporate headquarters. It’s just a functional office where we get through our to-do lists. It feels more like a home than an office sometimes, which is actually quite nice for the staff here. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
