Lanco Infratech Limited

So we are based out of Plot No. 119 in Kosabadi, which is part of Phase II here in Korba. Chhattisgarh is a busy place for anyone in the infrastructure world, and Lanco Infratech Limited is right in the thick of it. This office is really just a hub for our operations in the region. It’s a functional space, nothing more and nothing less. We have some maps on the wall and a few old computers that still do the job. The street outside gets quite a bit of traffic, mostly people working in the nearby industries. It’s not a quiet suburb, that’s for sure. We don’t really have a big sign, so you have to know where you’re going. Inside, it smells a bit like old paper and coffee. We keep things pretty informal. Most of us wear work boots because we might have to head out to a site at any moment. There’s no dress code or corporate vibe here. We just focus on getting the projects finished. Sometimes the humidity is a bit much, but we have a fan that helps. We’re just a group of people trying to keep things organized. It’s a lot of scheduling and making sure the supplies arrive when they should. We don’t do much marketing or anything like that. We just do the work that needs doing every day.
