Our place is in Korba, right by the Bypass Road near the railway station in Sitamani. It’s an active area, especially with the trains coming and going. The office is just a practical building in a spot that’s easy to get to. Being in Chhattisgarh, we’re used to the heat and the dust. We don’t have a flashy entrance or a lobby with art on the walls. It’s just a workspace with desks, chairs, and our equipment. We spend most of our time here focusing on whatever is on the schedule for the day. The location near the station makes it convenient for people coming in from different parts of the city. We’ve been here for a bit, and we’re settled into the routine. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s ours. We don't have a big HR department or a PR team. We just handle the work as it comes in. The sounds of the bypass road are always in the background. It’s a bit noisy, but we’ve grown to ignore it. We keep things very basic. No complicated rules or corporate jargon. We just show up, work through the list, and go home. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We share a few laughs during lunch, but mostly it's just about getting the tasks done before the day ends. It is what it is.
