Our office is tucked away in Cuttack, right on Canal Road in the Nayabazar area. We’re specifically located down Dr. B.C. Sahoo Lane, care of Jyotshnarani Mishra. It’s a very specific spot, and if you’re not from Cuttack, you might need to ask for directions once you get to the canal. The area is usually quite lively with people going about their business. Our workspace is pretty modest. We focus on the steel and energy side of things from this branch. There’s no big corporate lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just us in a small room with a couple of fans and a lot of documents. We spend our hours checking over figures and making sure the supplies are moving like they should. The humidity here can be a bit much, so we keep the windows open when there’s a breeze. It’s an honest, everyday kind of job. We don’t go for any of that polished marketing talk. We just do what needs doing. Most of the people we work with are local contractors or suppliers. We know the lane well, and most of the people living around here know us too. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of files to organize, but we make it work. Just a simple office for a simple purpose, really. No need to make it more complicated than that. We usually wrap things up by six unless there's an urgent delivery to track.
