Amitabh Gupta handles a lot of the coordination here. We chose this spot because it's away from the main city rush but still busy enough. Dealing with construction means we are always covered in a bit of dust. There is always some truck coming or going. The office isn't anything special to look at. It has got a few desks and a lot of maps and drawings pinned to the walls. We spend more time out at the sites than sitting here anyway. Bangalore is growing so fast, and you can see new buildings popping up everywhere you turn. We just try to keep up with the work we have on hand. It is hard work, and the sun can be brutal some days. We don't use any fancy talk to explain what we do. We just pick up the tools and get to it. Sometimes the weather slows us down, especially when the monsoon hits Bangalore hard. Then we just sit in the office and wait it out. It is a small setup, nothing like those huge companies with hundreds of staff. We know the people we work with. It feels better that way because you know who to talk to when there is a problem.
