We don’t have any glass walls or shiny reception areas. It’s mostly just a place to coordinate the shifts and check the orders. The commute for most of us is short since we live nearby in similar quarters. We spend a lot of time dealing with the logistics of getting materials in and out of Dantewada. It takes some planning. The weather can get pretty humid, and the monsoon season really changes how we move around. We’ve grown accustomed to the pace of life here. It’s not a place for someone who wants the bright lights of a metro. We just focus on the foundry and making sure things run as they should. It’s honest work. Sometimes we sit outside in the evenings when it cools down a bit. That’s about all there is to it.
