Tinuri Dhani

Tinuri Dhani is located out toward the Daulatabad D Point in Charnapur. We’ve been here in Aurangabad for quite a while now. It’s a bit away from the main city center, which makes it a good spot for people driving through or visiting the nearby areas. The place is pretty basic, with a lot of open space and simple seating. I usually spend my mornings getting the kitchen ready and making sure we have enough supplies for the day. It gets hot out here in Maharashtra, so we try to keep things as cool as we can under the shade. We serve the kind of food we grew up eating, nothing fancy or complicated. Most of our customers are locals or folks on a road trip who need a break. It can be quiet during the middle of the day, but things usually pick up as the sun starts to go down. The dust from the road is a constant battle, but that’s just part of being in this location. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have known each other for years. We aren't trying to be a five-star place; we just want to provide a decent meal and a place to sit. It’s a lot of work keeping a place like this going, but we enjoy the rhythm of it. If you’re ever out near Charnapur, you’ll likely see us there by the road.
