Tata Toyo Radiators Limited

This plant is located over in the Aurangabad area, near the Army Cantonment. We handle a lot of the radiator production here. It’s a big facility because making parts for vehicles takes up a lot of space and heavy machinery. The day starts pretty early for most of us. You can hear the machines running from the moment you walk through the gates. It’s not the quietest place to spend a day, but it is where the real work happens. We have a lot of different sections for assembly and testing. The location in Hinjewadi, Mulshi puts us right in the middle of the industrial zone. We deal with a lot of trucks coming in and out to move the finished parts. It’s a very practical environment where everyone has a specific job to do on the floor. We don’t have much time for sitting around. The heat from the manufacturing process can get intense during the summer months in Maharashtra, but we keep the fans going. Most of the staff live nearby in the city or the surrounding villages. It’s a steady kind of life, focused on getting the radiators out of the door on time. We don't really have a fancy office area; most of the building is dedicated to the shop floor. It’s about being reliable and making sure the metalwork is done right every single day. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
