Shreeya Beauty Parlour

Our parlor is located right above Durga Emporium in the Aurangapura area. If you go to Kumbharwada in Aurangabad, you will find the building pretty easily. We are on the floor above the emporium, so you have to walk up the stairs. It is a bit tucked away but that makes it a bit more private for the women who come here. We have been doing beauty work here for quite some years. It’s a local spot for things like threading, waxing, and hair stuff. The room isn't huge but we have enough space for a couple of people at a time. Sometimes the noise from the street downstairs comes up, especially when the market is busy. We don't have fancy uniforms or a big fancy desk. It’s just us with our kits and the mirrors. Usually, it's locals from the nearby streets who drop in. We drink a lot of tea between customers. The lighting inside is okay, maybe a bit bright, but we need that to see what we are doing. We just try to get the work done right so people come back next month. It’s a simple setup in a busy part of Aurangabad. Nothing too special to look at, but we are here every day from morning till the shops downstairs close. It is just a regular way for us to make a living and help people look okay.
