Our place is out at the 15 Km Stone, specifically Gut No. 100 in Farola. It’s a bit of a drive out from the main city, which makes the mornings quite peaceful before the shift starts. Dhoot Transmission is a busy spot, though. We deal with all sorts of wiring and transmission parts. When you walk inside, you’ll see rows of workstations and people focused on very small, detailed tasks. It’s a large building, and sometimes it feels like a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to it. The location at the 15 Km Stone is a landmark for most of our workers who come in from the nearby villages. We don’t have a lot of corporate polish here. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the break area is just some benches under a shade. But the work is steady. We have trucks coming in and out of Gut No. 100 all day long, dropping off components or picking up crates. Farola is a developing area, so there’s always some construction or dust on the road outside. We just stay focused on the benches and the assembly lines. It’s a lot of manual work, and everyone here knows their role. We don't try to impress anyone with a big lobby. We just want to get the orders filled and the trucks loaded.
