We are located at E-66 in the MIDC area of Waluj. It’s a typical industrial zone, so there is always a lot of noise and trucks moving around outside. Osborn Lipper India is what it says on the sign, but we mostly just think of ourselves as a local manufacturing crew. The shop floor is where most of the action happens. We have machines that take up a lot of space, and it can get pretty loud when everything is running at once. We do a lot of metalwork and industrial components. It’s not the kind of place you’d wear a suit to. We all wear sturdy boots and work clothes because it gets dusty. We’ve been in Waluj for several years now. The office part is small, just enough for some desks and a place to keep the files. We don’t do much in the way of fancy presentations. If someone needs to see what we are making, we just take them out to the floor and show them the parts. Lunchtime is usually when it gets quiet, and we all sit together in the small break area. Then it’s back to the machines. It is steady work, and we try to keep the quality where it needs to be without making a big fuss about it. The weather in Waluj can be tough in the summer, but we keep the vents open.
