Down at E-66 in the M.I.D.C. Industrial Area of Waluj, that is where you will find us. Lippert Unipol (India) has been operating out of this spot for a good bit now. Waluj is a tough place to work sometimes because it gets incredibly hot during the summer, and the industrial park is just a massive stretch of concrete and metal buildings. Our facility is pretty standard for the area. We have the usual setup with production areas and a small space for the administrative side of things. There is always a layer of dust that comes in from the road, no matter how much we sweep. The guys on the floor are usually busy with the machines, and there is a constant rhythm to the work that you eventually stop noticing. We don't spend money on big signs or flashy decorations. The focus is just on getting the jobs finished and loaded onto the trucks. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine acts up, and we have to spend the afternoon fixing things instead of producing, but that is just how industrial life goes. We have a small canteen where we grab some tea and sit for a minute before getting back to it. It’s a straightforward operation where everyone knows their role. We’ve been part of the Waluj landscape for a while, just doing our thing and keeping the doors open day after day, year after year. It's a lot of work.
