Kaya Skin Care Hair Salon And Training Institute is situated at Shop No A 09 in the Udyog Indrakamal building. We are on the ground floor, right on the Beed By Pass Road in Aurangabad. Being opposite MIT College means we see a lot of students and young people passing by every single day. The location is near the Aurangabad Railway Station area, so it's a pretty central spot for many. We do things a bit differently here because we also teach people. We have students who come in to learn how to handle hair and skin treatments properly. It’s a busy place with a lot of movement. Sometimes it’s a customer getting a haircut and other times it’s a student practicing a technique. I’ve been in this industry for a long time and decided that sharing the knowledge was just as important as doing the work itself. The Beed By Pass Road can get quite noisy with all the trucks and cars, but inside the salon, we try to keep things focused. The ground floor shop is easy for anyone to walk into. We have different sections for the salon work and the training parts. It’s not a fancy corporate institute, just a practical place where people learn by doing. We use standard equipment and keep our methods very direct and simple. It’s a lot of work managing both the salon and the students, but it keeps the days interesting.
