Garware Polyester Ltd

Our facility is based in the Waluj MIDC area of Aurangabad. It’s a large industrial site where we focus on polyester production. If you know this part of Maharashtra, you know it is full of factories and warehouses. We have been operating here for a long time. The factory runs on a regular schedule with shifts coming in and out throughout the day and night. It’s a lot of technical work involving big rolls of film and chemical processes. The air always has that specific industrial smell, and the noise of the machines is constant. We have a lot of people working here, from the operators on the floor to the folks in the loading docks. It’s a very hands-on place. We don't have a lot of time for polished presentations or anything like that because the machines don't wait for anyone. The main goal is just to keep the production lines moving smoothly. Sometimes there are delays or maintenance issues we have to fix on the fly, which keeps us on our toes. The local workers here are hardworking and most have been in the industrial sector for their whole lives. It’s a tough job sometimes, especially when it’s hot, but it’s what we do. We just make the product and get it shipped out to wherever it needs to go next. It takes a lot of coordination to keep a plant this size running without many hiccups.
