Our place is out in the Shendra area, specifically at C-36 in the Five Star Industrial Area of Aurangabad. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but this is where all the big industrial work happens. We focus on automotive components here at Nhk Automotive Components India Pvt. Ltd. The facility is large and mostly filled with machinery and parts. It gets quite loud during the day with the production lines moving. We have a lot of people coming in and out, mostly workers and delivery drivers. The office part of the building is just a small section near the front. It’s pretty basic with some metal desks and old filing cabinets. Aurangabad can get really hot, so the warehouse can be a bit stifling in the summer months, but we just get on with it. We’ve been part of the industrial landscape here for a good while. There’s a lot of dust because of the construction nearby in the Five Star area. We don't have any flashy displays or anything. If you come here, you’ll see the raw work being done. We just make sure the parts are up to the standard needed for the vehicles. It’s a tough environment but it’s honest work. We mostly just focus on our own production and meeting the daily targets. The days are long, but we’re used to the rhythm of the shop floor and the sound of components being put together.
