Out in Waluj, specifically at E-92 in the M.I.D.C. area, is where you’ll find Endurance System India Private Limited. Being in an industrial zone like Aurangabad means there’s always something moving around us. Our post box is 982, though most people just drive straight to the gate. The facility here is built for heavy work, and we spend our shifts making sure the systems we put together actually hold up. It’s a large space, typical for this part of M.I.D.C., and it stays fairly busy from early morning until the sun goes down. We don’t go in for anything flashy. The walls are industrial grey and there’s always a bit of oil on the floor in certain sections. The team here is mostly local folks who know their way around a factory. We handle a lot of different parts and setups, and sometimes it gets complicated, but we just take it one step at a time. The weather in Aurangabad can be tough in the summer, making the shop floor pretty warm, but the fans keep the air moving enough to get the work done. We’ve been at E-92 for a good stretch of time now. It’s just a place where things are made and tested before they head out to wherever they’re needed next. No big speeches or fancy slogans, just the sound of the machines and the daily work. It is what it is, a manufacturing site.
