Dies Moulds And Solution

We are set up over at Plot E 107 in the Waluj MIDC area. It’s mostly just us and a few machines running through the day. The shop isn't anything fancy to look at, but it gets the job done. We spend most of our time looking at blocks of metal and trying to figure out how to get the shapes right for the moulds people ask for. Sometimes the drawings we get are a bit messy, so we have to sit down and talk it through over some tea. Waluj can get pretty dusty and hot in the afternoons, but that’s just how it is around here. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and the guys on the floor know their way around the tools. It’s a lot of measuring, cutting, and then checking it all again. If a die isn’t hitting right, we stay until it’s fixed. Most of our day is spent dealing with the noise of the grinders and making sure the coolant doesn't run dry. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just a reliable one where you can actually talk to the person doing the work. Usually, there’s a bit of a backlog of metal scraps in the corner, but we clear it out when we find the time. It’s hard work, but we like seeing a finished piece go out the door looking the way it’s supposed to.
