Deolankar is located on the Beed Bypass in Aurangabad. Our specific spot is Lot No.24, Gat No.91/2, in the Akashdeenagar area. If you know the Aurangabad Ho area, you know it can get quite busy with people moving through the city. We have a fairly straightforward setup here. It is not one of those shiny buildings with glass walls; it is just a practical space where we can get our work done. We handle things in a very direct way. The Beed Bypass is a major route, so there is always movement outside. Inside, we try to keep it focused. We have our desks, our files, and our daily routine. We’ve been in this 431001 pincode for quite some time. The neighborhood of Akashdeenagar is mostly quiet, which is nice for when we need to concentrate. We don't go in for fancy marketing or big promises. We just provide a space for people to come and do what they need to do. It’s a bit of an older building, but it does the job just fine. Sometimes we have to fix a leaky tap or paint a wall, but that’s just part of owning a place. We are local people serving the local community.
