Arti Ashok Kothari

My name is Arti Ashok Kothari and I run things from my place at Shri Sahara Apartment. It is Flat No. 9, which is quite easy to get to once you are in the Ulka Nagari area of Aurangabad. Being near Khivansara Park is nice because it is a recognizable landmark for anyone trying to find the building. I’ve lived in Garkheda for a while, so setting up my workspace here just made sense. It’s not a formal commercial office with a front desk or anything like that. It’s a home office where I handle my daily tasks and manage my responsibilities. The apartment is quiet enough for me to focus on what needs to be done. Sometimes the neighbors are out and about, and you can hear the sounds of the neighborhood, but that is just part of being in a residential area. I don’t use any big slogans or try to act like a giant corporation. It is just me, Arti, working through the pile of work I have each morning. Aurangabad is a good place to be, and Ulka Nagari has a certain pace to it that I enjoy. I keep my files organized and try to stay on top of things as they come in. There is no team of people here, just my own effort in a space that works for me. It’s a simple setup, really. Nothing more than a desk, a chair, and the time I put into my work every single day. I find that working where I live helps me stay focused on the small things that might get lost in a bigger office.
