Chhatarpur is where we belong, and this specific neighborhood is quite old and full of history. The streets are a bit narrow, so it’s usually better to walk than to try and drive a big car through here. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it is comfortable enough for what we do. We have some old desks and plenty of paper files stacked up. It is a family-oriented area, and you can always hear the sounds of daily life through the door. We don't go in for fancy marketing or polished presentations. We just sit down with whoever comes in and talk through whatever they need. Harprasad has been here for a long time, so people know the location well. It’s a very practical environment. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day and keep the overhead fans going. The light in the office is a bit dim in the afternoons, but we have enough lamps to see what we are doing. We like the fact that our business is right in the middle of a residential muhalla. It keeps us grounded and reminds us who we are working with every day. It is just a small local operation trying to do things the right way for the neighborhood.
