We are Shubh Property Dealers, located in Hatwara Mohalla. Our office is in the Raghunandan Bihar Colony, which sits right on Shora Road. If you are coming from Mahua Road, we are very close to that intersection. It’s a well-known neighborhood, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. Our work is mostly about helping neighbors and people from nearby towns find the right plot of land or a house. Hatwara Mohalla has its own pace, and we fit right into it. The office is just a plain room where we keep our files and meet folks for a chat about property. We don't go in for big advertisements or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find us. We spend a lot of time walking around Raghunandan Bihar Colony and Shora Road, checking on different properties and talking to the owners. It’s a very local way of doing things. We know who is selling and who is looking to buy before most people do. It’s not a high-tech operation, just us and our knowledge of these streets. Sometimes the roads get a bit dusty or muddy, but that doesn't stop us from getting out there. We just like being the local spot people go to when they need something sorted out with property in this part of town. We have a couple of wooden chairs for guests and a big map of the area pinned to the wall that's getting a bit yellow at the edges.
