S R A Associate

S R A Associate is located over on Choubey Colony Road. If you are familiar with the area, you probably know we are quite close to Swami Vivekanand College. It is a good landmark for people who are coming to see us for the first time. The street gets a lot of energy from all the students walking by during the day. We have been working out of this office for a bit now, focusing on the local property market. It is mostly just paperwork, talking to owners, and showing land or houses to people who are interested. I started this because I liked the rhythm of the neighborhood. It is not a fancy setup with glass walls or anything. We just have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We handle the stuff that comes up in this part of town. Sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to get all the documents lined up with the government offices, but that is just part of the job. We do not go around making big claims. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and see who needs help with their property stuff. It is a steady way to spend the day and we have gotten to know a lot of the families living nearby over the years. We just take things one day at a time.
