Down in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, things move at their own speed. Our office is handled by Anil Kumar Goswami. We are part of Gherzi Eastern, but being here in 470117 feels quite different from a big city office. Sagar is a quiet place compared to the hubs like Indore or Bhopal. We spend our time looking at reports and talking to people about their business setups. It is mostly desk work, involving a lot of paperwork and phone calls. The office is simple. We have a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of files that have been sitting there for a while. It is not the kind of place that would impress a big investor, but it is functional. We deal with a lot of technical details that might seem boring to most people. Some days are just about waiting for a response from someone else. Outside, the streets of Sagar are familiar. Everyone knows everyone else. We take our tea breaks at the same spot every day. We are not trying to change the world. We are just providing some expertise where it is needed in this part of the country. It is steady work. Sometimes the internet is slow, which is frustrating, but we manage. We’ve been here for a bit and we know how the local systems work. It is just about being reliable and showing up every morning.
