Hi-Tech Refractories Minerals

We are located over at Panna Mode. If you see the Manas Mandal High School, you are pretty much there at our front gate. It’s a busy spot with students walking by in their uniforms twice a day, talking and laughing. Our place isn’t much to look at from the outside, to be honest. It’s just a big shed and some outdoor space where we keep the minerals and materials. Refractory work is pretty specialized, so we don't get many random walk-ins like a grocery store would. Most people who come here already know exactly what they are looking for before they arrive. The air inside is usually thick with a bit of dust, so we keep the big doors open to catch any breeze. It’s a lot of weighing things out and bagging them up by hand. My hands are always stained with something or other by the end of the day. We have an old desk where we keep the invoices, and the chair is a bit wobbly on the uneven floor. We’ve thought about fixing the place up, but then we just get back to work and forget about the repairs. It’s a practical business for us. We deal with suppliers from all over, and sometimes the shipments are late, which causes a bit of a mess. We just deal with it as it comes. It's a living and it keeps us busy.
