Chhatrasal Realtech and Developers Private Limited is based out of Chhatarpur, right on Sagar Road. We are specifically located at Indraprasth Garden. It’s a pretty well-known spot in the area, so finding us isn't too hard for most people. We do real estate and development work, which basically means we spend our time looking at land and figuring out how to build things on it. It’s a lot of back and forth between the office and the actual sites. Chhatarpur is a growing place, and we are right in the middle of that growth. Our office isn't anything too flashy. It’s just a room with some desks, some maps, and a lot of coffee. We try to keep things simple and honest. We don't use big words or try to act like we are bigger than we are. We just know how to build stuff and how to deal with the local rules and regulations. The weather here in Madhya Pradesh can be a bit much sometimes, especially when we are out on the road, but we manage. Most of us here have families in town, so we care about what happens to the neighborhood. We just do our jobs every day and try to make sure things get finished.
