Anupam Masala

Anupam Masala is located in Barodiya Kheda, which is in the Sagar Tehsil. We are quite close to the Khurai railway station, so you can often hear the heavy trains passing by while we are busy working inside. It is a good landmark for anyone who is trying to find where we are. The area is more on the rural side, so there is a lot of open space and trees around our facility. We focus on our spice work every day, from the time we unlock the big doors in the morning. It is a local operation, and most of the people who work here live just a short walk away in the village. The building is not anything fancy, just a sturdy place where we can keep our spices safe from the rain and the wind. We spend a lot of time cleaning the seeds and grinding them down into powder. The smell is quite strong, but we have grown to like it over time. Sometimes the dust from the trains or the nearby farmers' fields gets in, so we have to stay on top of the cleaning every day. It is a quiet life for the most part, except for when the express trains whistle past. We do not have a marketing department or polished offices. It is just a bunch of us at Barodiya Kheda making sure the masala is ready for whoever needs it. Being near the station is very handy for us.
