Our office is right near the Maj Jain Mandir, just in front of the Rajdoot Agency here in Tikamgarh. It is a familiar spot for most of the locals. We handle security stuff, mostly providing guards for places around town and the nearby areas. It is not a glamorous business at all. Sometimes it is stressful when things happen at night and we get a call, but that is what we signed up for. We try to keep things organized despite the chaos of daily life. People stop by to ask about hiring a watchman or someone to look after their property while they are away. We sit down, have some water, and talk it out. It is a very hands-on way of doing things. We don't use any fancy software, just notebooks and a lot of phone conversations. That is how we keep the town safe.
