Savitri Ramsons Stones

Savitri Ramsons Stones is located at Sy No 341 in Damergidda village. We are out in the Chevella area where things are a bit more open. Our yard is full of different kinds of stone and rock. It is a very dusty and loud place to work because of the cutting and moving of heavy materials. We don't wear fancy clothes here because everything gets covered in stone dust within five minutes. Most of our day is spent talking to truck drivers and making sure the right stones are loaded up for delivery. It is hard on the body, especially when the weather is very hot or when it rains and the whole yard turns into a muddy mess. We don't have a marketing team or a shiny showroom. People just drive out to Damergidda when they need stone for a project. We show them what we have in the yard and we figure out the price. It’s a basic way of doing things, but it has worked for us for a long time. The village is quiet, but our machines make a lot of noise during the day. We’ve been at Sy No 341 for years and we know every inch of the property. It’s just about getting the stones ready and sent out. We don't have much time for anything else. It is a tough job but it is what we do.
