Kandlapalli Ravindhar

My name is Kandlapalli Ravindhar and I run things from my place at House Number 2-88 in Regadighanapur. This is in the Chevella area of R. R. District. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but this is home. I started doing this work because I wanted to stay local. I don’t have a big staff or a fancy office building. Most of my work happens right here or out in the fields around the village. People in Regad Ghanapur know me well enough. If someone needs something done, they usually just walk over to my house. I spend my time balancing a few different responsibilities. It is not always easy being a small operator in a village. You have to handle everything yourself, from the paperwork to the actual physical labor. I use a small room as my office, but mostly I am out and about. The weather out here in Chevella can be tough, especially in the summer, but you get used to it. I like the fact that I know my customers by name. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It is just me and occasionally a helper if the job is too big. We keep things honest and straightforward. No need for complicated talk or long contracts. Just a handshake and we get the work done as best as we can.
