Mep Pharma

Mep Pharma has been around here in Alappuzha for a while now. Most people know us from just walking by or coming in when they need something quick. It’s a busy spot, especially with the weather always changing near the backwaters. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded in the mornings when the first deliveries arrive, but we manage. We spend most of our time checking boxes and making sure everything is where it should be on the shelves. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular shop with a lot of bottles and packets. Most of the folks working here have lived in Alappuzha their whole lives, so we know the names of the people who come in. We don’t really do much in the way of big ads or anything like that. We just open up in the morning, sweep the floor, and get to work. Dealing with suppliers takes up a lot of the afternoon. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls to make sure the stock doesn't run out. We keep the fans running all day because it gets pretty sticky inside. There’s always someone coming in asking for advice on a scratch or a cold. We just try to keep things organized so we can find what they need without making them wait too long. It’s a simple life running a pharma business here. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
