Vbs Pharma is tucked away at Plot No:47/A in Phase-I of the Ida Cherlapally area. If you turn down Lane 4, you’ll find us easily enough. It’s a different kind of environment compared to the loud fabrication shops nearby. Inside, things stay pretty orderly and quiet. We spend our time managing stock and making sure everything is labeled and stored exactly where it belongs. The air smells a bit like medicine and cleaning supplies, which I guess is what you’d expect. Being out in Ghatkesar means it takes a bit of a drive for some people to get here, but it’s a good industrial zone for what we do. I usually spend my mornings going through lists and checking the boxes that come in from the suppliers. It’s a lot of sitting at a desk or walking through the aisles of shelves with a clipboard. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of workers; we are a smaller team that knows how each other works. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming, especially with all the regulations we have to follow, but we manage to stay on top of it. We don't really do any fancy promotions because the work usually speaks for itself among the people who know us. Most days, we close up as the sun starts to set over the industrial estate and head home, ready to do the same thing again the next day.
