Raja Rajeshwara Paper Products

Raja Rajeshwara Paper Products is at Plot 115 in Phase III. This is in the IDA Cherlapally area. Cherlapally is a huge industrial estate. Our plot is just one of many. We work with paper. The whole place smells like cardboard and glue. Machines run all day. It is loud. We move heavy paper rolls around. We stack finished products. It is physical work. The heat in the IDA is tough. Summers are the worst. We don't have air conditioning. We use big fans to move the air. The floors get covered in paper scraps. We sweep them up at the end of every day. It is a simple business. No fancy stuff. We focus on the orders. Trucks come into the IDA to pick things up. The roads are rough. Heavy trucks have made a lot of potholes. We are used to the bumps. It is a group of us working here. We make sure the paper products are done right. We don't have a fancy logo or a big office. We just have the workshop and our tools. It is hard work but it is steady. We keep track of everything in a ledger. We don't use many fancy computers. It’s just how we do things. Sometimes the machinery breaks down and we have to fix it ourselves. We just grab the tools and get to work.
