Pioneer Pultrutech Engineering Pvt. Ltd. Unit -Ii

We are located at Plot No. 126 in Phase-II of the IDA in Cherlapally. Specifically, this is Unit-II of Pioneer Pultrutech Engineering Pvt. Ltd. The area of Ghatkesar Mandal in Rangareddy is quite spread out, and it’s full of different factories. We specialize in pultrusion, which is a specific way of making engineering parts. It involves a lot of resin and fibers being pulled through dies. It’s a technical process, but the way we run the shop is pretty straightforward. The floor is long to accommodate the machines, and it’s usually warm because of the heaters we use. We’ve got a steady group of workers who know the rhythm of the machines. If one thing goes out of sync, the whole batch can be ruined, so we have to stay alert. It’s not a glamorous job. We spend a lot of time cleaning up drips and making sure the raw materials are stored correctly. We have a small area for the engineers to sit and check the specs, but mostly everyone is out on the floor. We don’t bother with much decoration. The walls are just plain, and the focus is on the output. We get our shipments out through the main gate, and then we start the next run. It’s a cycle that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We’ve been part of this industrial zone for a while now and know the local rhythms. It is just about getting the parts right.
