Balaji Crop Care Pvt. Ltd. is located over at Plot No 79, Shed No 3. We are in Ida Phase Ii, and the easiest way to find us is to look for the big water tank nearby. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always the sound of machinery and trucks moving around. Our shed isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy place where we keep our supplies and do our daily tasks. The air inside can get a bit heavy during the summer, but we keep the big doors open to catch whatever breeze we can. We deal with crop care products, so there are always bags and containers stacked up on pallets. It’s a very hands-on job. You won't find us wearing suits or sitting in fancy leather chairs. We’re usually in work clothes, checking the stocks or talking to the guys who come to pick up orders. The floor is concrete and has some stains from years of work, but that’s just how it is in this line of business. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors in the other sheds are all doing similar work. It’s a community of people who just want to get the job done right. We don't spend money on big advertisements; we just stay focused on what’s happening here at the plot. It’s a bit dusty and loud, but it is where we do our business.
