Mtrc Industries ( 1st Expansion)

This is our first expansion site located at Plot No. 211/D in the IDA Phase-II of Cherlapally. We are in the Kapra area under the Medchal Mandal. We needed more room for our work, so we set up this additional space right next to our main unit. It looks very similar to the first building, with high ceilings and a lot of open floor space for the machines. It gets quite hot under the metal roof in the afternoons, so we keep the big industrial fans going all the time. There is a lot of movement between this plot and the original one. We have more equipment here now, which helps us keep up with our daily tasks. The ground is just plain concrete and there are always crates or parts being shifted from one side to the other. We don't have a fancy entrance or any office decor here. It is strictly a place for production. Most of the guys here are used to the noise and the heat. The neighborhood is nothing but other factories and workshops, so it’s a very busy industrial atmosphere. We just focus on the work orders we have and try to get everything done before the shift ends. It’s a simple, hardworking environment without any extra polish or pretense. We spend most of our days just managing the workflow across both buildings.
