Our office is located on the 8th floor of the Parsn Mabera building, specifically in the 'A' Wing at No. 442, Anna Salai. Being up on the 8th floor gives us a bit of a view, but we’re usually too busy with the testing machines to look out the window much. Zwick Roell Testing Machines Pvt. Ltd. is a bit different because we’re in more of a commercial building than a warehouse. We have to use the elevators for everything, which can be a slow process during the lunch hour. The office is mostly filled with desks, computers, and some of the smaller components we work with. It’s a quiet place for the most part, not like a loud factory floor. We spend a lot of time on reports and checking data. Anna Salai is a major road, so there’s always the sound of horns and traffic filtering up from below, even eight floors up. We’ve got a small team here, and we all know each other’s coffee orders by heart. It’s a professional enough setup, but we don’t bother with suits or anything like that unless someone important is coming by. Usually, it’s just us in our regular clothes, trying to stay on top of the schedule. We’ve got a little kitchen area for making tea, which is where most of our brainstorming happens. It’s just a normal office in a busy part of town where we get the job done.
