We operate out of Perambur, specifically on First Main Road in Chinnaiah New Colony. It’s a residential-feeling area but we've got our import and export business set up here. Zion Pasckal-F has been around for a bit, dealing with goods coming in and going out of the country. It’s a lot of paperwork and tracking containers, which can be a headache sometimes. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a few desks and a lot of files piled up. We spend a lot of time on the phone with customs or talking to drivers. Perambur is a good place for us because we're connected to the rest of the city well enough. We handle various types of products, depending on what the current demand is. Sometimes the warehouse gets crowded when a big shipment arrives, and we have to shuffle things around to make space. It’s mostly just the core team here. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website that works perfectly. We just focus on getting the goods from point A to point B. It’s honest work, even if it’s stressful when a ship is late. If you’re ever in the colony, you might see us loading up a truck or checking manifests. We like the local feel of the neighborhood, and most people here know us by name. We just keep our heads down and keep the shipments moving.
