Zelan Construction

We've been doing construction work for quite a while now from our spot in Budmedu. It is right on Arulappa Street, just near Gkm Colony. People around here know where to find us. We mostly handle building projects and some renovation stuff. It's a busy area, so we stay pretty active with local jobs. Sometimes the weather in Chennai makes things a bit slow, but we keep at it. We are located at number 487 on 23rd Street. It's a regular office, nothing too fancy. We just focus on getting the work done. My team and I spend most of our days out on sites anyway. If you're walking down Arulappa Street, you might see us coming and going with materials. We've seen this neighborhood change a lot over the years. We take on all sorts of building tasks, big and small. Sometimes we have to deal with tight deadlines, but that is just part of the business. We try to be straightforward about what we can do. It's a family-run kind of vibe here. We have some good workers who have been with us for years. We just try to do a decent job for everyone who comes by. It gets really hot in the afternoons, so we start early. That is just how we run things at Zelan Construction. We don't have a lot of big machines parked outside, but we get the job finished.
