We are based out of Korattur in Chennai. Specifically, we work from Hari Niwas at Flat 9 in the Jmr Ganga Apartments. It's a quiet enough spot on Duraisamy II Street. We've been registered as a private limited company for some time now. Most people know us as Zelan Construction. We deal with various building and civil engineering works across the city. Sometimes it is hard finding the right materials on time, but we manage. Our office isn't a big glass building or anything. It's just a regular apartment where we do our paperwork and meetings. We keep our tools and plans there. If you are looking for us, look for number 8 on that street. We have a small crew that knows what they are doing. Construction in India has its own set of hurdles, like the monsoon rains and the heat. We just work around those things. We don't spend a lot on advertising because word of mouth usually does the trick for us. It’s a practical way to run a business. We handle a lot of the technical side of building things. Every day is a bit different. One day we are looking at blueprints and the next we are talking to suppliers. We like keeping things simple. That's the way we've always done it here in Korattur. We just take one project at a time and see it through.
