Xpert International Courier

Our office for Xpert International Courier is at No 60/127, Angappa Naicken Street in Parrys. This part of Mannady is very cramped but full of life. We deal with packages and parcels all day long. It’s a small storefront where we weigh things and fill out forms. We aren't a massive global firm with thousands of employees; we’re just a local team handling international deliveries. The street outside is always blocked with delivery bikes and vans. We have to be quick with the paperwork because there’s always another customer waiting. Parrys is a tough place to navigate, but we’ve got the hang of it after being here for so long. The office is filled with the smell of packing tape and cardboard. We don't have a fancy lounge for customers. It’s just a counter and some scales. We focus on getting the addresses right and making sure the items are packed well enough to survive the trip. It’s a repetitive job, but it’s important. We know the courier routes well and what the customs people look for. We just stay busy and try to keep everything organized. There’s no big philosophy behind it. We just take your box, give you a receipt, and send it on its way. It’s what we do. We drink tea from the corner stall and wait for the pickup trucks to arrive in the evening. It is just a regular day in the city for us. We stay open quite late to finish everything.
