We are based right here in the Chennai 600001 area. Since we are in the heart of the city, we see all kinds of people coming through for their different travel needs. Our setup is pretty basic because we spend most of our time on the phone or typing away on the computer. The office is just a place where we keep our records and meet with anyone who wants to discuss a trip or a tour in person. Being in the 600001 zip code means we are near the main commercial hubs, so it is always very busy right outside the door. We don't really have a big storefront with lots of pictures in the window. It is more of a quiet workspace for us. We handle a variety of tours and general travel bookings. Some days are much quieter than others, but usually, there is always some detail to fix or a ticket that needs printing. We have seen the city change quite a bit over the years from our vantage point here. The heat in the afternoon can be tough, but we have a good fan that keeps the air moving while we work. We don't go in for big speeches or making fancy promises. We just look at the available trips and tell people the actual prices and timings. It is a very practical way of doing things. We just pull up a chair and get to work.
