Winwal Agro International Private Limited

Our office is located at No. 1, T4 in the Kegyes Udita Apartments. We are right on 1st Cross Street in Besant Nagar. It’s a nice part of town, quite close to the beach actually. We work on the international side of agriculture. It’s a lot of emails and international calls because of the time differences. We aren't a big flashy company. It’s just a few of us in this apartment space. We started this because we knew a few people in the farming sector who needed help reaching markets outside India. So we set up Winwal Agro. It’s been an interesting journey. Some days are slow, others we can't even stop for lunch. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything, just a small one by the door. We keep our overheads low so we can just focus on the actual trading. We talk to people in different countries every day. My desk is usually covered in sticky notes. We try to keep things straightforward. If a shipment is going to be late, we just say so. No point in making up excuses. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so setting up the business here felt right. It’s a bit of a mix of a home office and a regular workplace. We like the quiet of the street. It helps when you’re trying to concentrate on contracts and shipping schedules. It keeps us grounded and focused on what really matters in our work every day.
