Way2Go4Career Training and HR Services Private Limited is tucked away in Rahaat Plaza. We are at 172/L N.S.K Saalai in the Vadapalani area of Chennai. If you know Vadapalani, you know it’s famous for the temple and all the cinema activity. Rahaat Plaza is a well-known spot, so people usually find us without too much trouble. We are in the 600026 area. Our office is where we do all our training and HR work. It is a pretty busy place most of the time. We have people coming in and out for classes or interviews. It’s not a quiet library environment; there is usually a bit of chatter and the sound of keyboards. We don't have a big corporate HR department ourselves; we are just the people who do the work. The office setup is simple with desks and a few chairs for visitors. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people find jobs and learn new skills. It’s a practical business. Sometimes the mall area gets crowded, especially on weekends, but during the week it is just right for us. We have been here for a while and the staff knows the routine.
